If you are leading a CaFE OnDemand course please consider the following points, which we have found helpful.

 

• Pray together before the course, and ask the parish and potential attendees to pray also

• Pray individually throughout the course

• Plan the course together

• Prepare publicity well in advance

• Invite people personally

• Dress the venue so expectations build "Oh wow, this looks good!"

• Be welcoming and greet people on arrival

• Provide refreshments and a warm environment

• Introduce guests to one another

• Plan to follow up the course and publicise it
